This policy explains data processing when you visit the Basixa website or submit a contact or dealer application form. The Personal Data Protection Notice provides the detailed legal notice.

2. Information collected

• Identity, contact, company and message information you submit,
• limited technical records required for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention,
• strictly necessary session identifiers for signed-in admin and dealer areas.

The website does not use advertising or behavioural marketing cookies by default.

3. Use and disclosure

Information is used to respond to requests, assess applications, provide the service securely and meet legal obligations. It may be disclosed on a need-to-know basis to authorised staff, IT service providers, advisers and competent authorities.

4. Security

Access controls, secure sessions, request throttling and application-level safeguards are used. Because no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure, incidents are monitored and handled through appropriate response processes.

5. Retention

Contact messages are kept for up to two years after the last action and dealer applications for up to two years after the final decision. Records required for a legal obligation or ongoing dispute are retained only for the applicable longer period.
